Returns Policy

Please contact Viking Brass for authorization prior to any return.  Purchaser may be responsible for shipping and handling costs in returning product(s).  Viking Brass reserves the right to refuse a return after 30 days from when the order was received.  

Returns that are accepted may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) flat rate boxes.  Shipping costs are determined based on what smallest flat rate box will contain the order(s).  Viking Brass will ship your order in in the appropriately sized box to ensure your product arrives safely intact and at the lowest cost. 

Viking Brass is not responsible for damaged items once they leave our shop. If the contents
of your package were damaged due to shipper handling, you will need to file a claim for the damaged product through them.

We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by negligence in reloading
including damage to personal equipment.  INSPECT each casing before attempting
to reload.

Viking Brass is not licensed to export our products to international destinations.

Viking Brass charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
